zucchini cassserole

2 Lbs. Zucchini
1/4 chopped onion.
Boil Z/O in salted water for 5 Min. Drain well

1 can cream chicken soup (sm.)
1 cup sour cream
Mix together

1 cup shredded carrots
Fold with all the above
Put in dish

1 8 oz. stuffing
1/2 C. Butter
Mix together put on top
Bake 350 for 25 min.
