1 pkg savory herb stove top stuffing mix
1.5lb chicken
1 can cream of chicken
1/3 breakstone or knudsen sour cream
16 oz frozen mixed veg. THAWED and DRAINED
preheat oven 400
prepare stuffing as directed on box
mix: soup, chicken, sour cream, veg. in 13x9 dish and top with stuffing
bake for 30 min or until chicken is completely cooked
(when I make this I am going to precook the chicken)
